HOW TO ENTER - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Parapharmacy Store Inc. may sponsor contests on Facebook or Instagram (each a “contest” or “giveaway”). The start date and time for any such contest and the details to enter will be announced in a status post.  The method of entry will be provided in the status post.

CONTEST LIMITS: Each participant may enter the contest only once. Any additional entries will be void and will not be considered for the prize.

ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the online store and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the contest.

DISPUTE: Any dispute arising from the contest will be resolved by the online store's management team. The decision of the management team will be final and binding.

WINNER RANDOM SELECTION: The winner of the contest will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
The random selection will be conducted by the online store's management team or an independent third-party organization.

PRIZES: The winner of the contest will receive the prize stated in the contest announcement. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. The online store reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value.

WINNER CONFIRMATION: The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the selection. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the time frame will result in the prize being forfeited, and a new winner will be randomly selected.

CONDUCT: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and respectful manner during the contest. Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the contest, including but not limited to fraud, bots, or other automated means, will result in disqualification.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The online store and its affiliates will not be responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or other errors that may occur during the contest. By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the online store and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage resulting from their participation in the contest.

By participating in this online sale contest, all participants agree to be bound by these rules and regulations. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the contest. The online store reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
